When I was in school, lucky to get 4 hours at night. Now that I'm not doing anything, I sleep when I'm sleepy and wake up when I get waken up or when I feel like waking... I haven't done this in like 3 years! And I'm not the type of person who will lay down to try to sleep. I don't sleep until I'm sleepy, I think it's a waste of time to try to fall asleep in bed.

Sleep is a natural part of everybody's life.
sleepm like diet and exercise is important for our minds and bodies to function normally. In fact, sleep appears to be rquired for survival. One should sleep at least seven to eight hours at night.

i sleep around 8 to 10 hours a night, if i don't get that much sleep, then im not a very nice person. :)
