ya it was right step because saurav started acting as a dictator he was no longer a good motivator as well and hence teaching him lesson was a neccessary thing i cant tell if the length of deration was right step or not but what happened to sourav was not a bad step at all and he is now playing good cricket only because of this...

ya,u r right. I think this system will work for sourav. Shewag also need this type of treatment..

may be somehow right. Because he is now more serious abt cricket. I think he will continue this spirit pf game.
