How to cure and infants cold?

Do you have any natural cures for nasal congestion in infants? My daughter is 9 months old and she has a cold.

My son's pediatric nurse pracitioner recommended we rinse his sinuses out liek you do adults, but I think she was full of it personally. You can't expect a kid that young NOT to breathe in some of the solution.
We ended up alternating infant tylenol and infant motrin for the pain and giving him only (infant or children's, cant' remember which) benedryl at night because it knocked him out and helped get rid of the congestion. This was recommended by the wife of a doctor because she used it on her son.

No problem. The alternating pain medications thing is supposed to be very good for breaking fevers too.

My age is 24 years.
Upto now i didn't cure cold. We cant do anything.
But when i am grown up it was some what decreased only
