cavs fans in england?

i live in england and started following the cavs progress since playing a number of nba games on the playstation and seeing the occasional highlight show on sky. I struggle to keep up to date with the league though and dont really understand the format. does anybody know where i can see more of the cavs on tv in england are there any other fans out there like me
