What can Real Madrid do to bring the glory back?

A sad scenario seing the mighty Real Madrid with the many talents in a team working so hard to get a win, The question is why?.....Coach problem?, Admin problem? I pity the courage and the determination of Raul that really put everything into the team. Well not taking anything from other team that perform well too.....what really can they do?

they must stop just buying star players all over the world and they nust concentrate on the team they have... MANU is a much less star studded team than real madrid but they r performing well than real madrid.. this even shows how a team must be..

i think they need to inject some fresh blood in da squad as some of the big namesin real are quite old ,they need some fresh and young talent like barcelona

i think that this is because all things in the club
players must play for only the club not for thier names or to be famous
admin must provide the players with stability and other reason for winning
coach also must provide players with the confidence in thier talents

well. fabio capello is putting the things right. i think real madrid doesnt need to do much because the other teams are not playing goo has well.
but if they really want to change and have a very competitive team they should hire jose mourinho from chealse and more 3 or 4 players choosen by mourinho.

Too many cooks spoil the broth.....
This is what's happening in Real Madrid.. The players instead of setting up for a goal, set up ego... That's gonna kill... i wish they stop buying star players and buy young freshers so that the team may get a change...

i think 1st of all they have stop recruiting star aged player..rather they sud go for who are less star but give 200% on the field...secondly they have to organise a strong defese line up....
