TIPS-How to meet new firends here!

Well i only have one friend here and its my referral but i want to meet new interesting people. I send requests to other people that i find interesting but they never accept my invitation. What are they scarred of? I m not spamming and i really want to meet new people to discuss about everything but i am not very successful. Any tips?

Earning friends is not so hard, maintaining them for a long is very difficult. Dont try to earn friends, Start some good discussions and give some good responses. U would surely earn the friends.
