In present world most DEEMED colleges are taking a lot of money not in few thousands but in lakhs.Can middle class people pay this much??And even middle class people are ready to study their child in Deemed colleges by taking BANK LOANS,bank people will tell that they will give surity in form of land or own house.And also some banks dont give money even though they keep surity because they are afraid that they wont pay.Then how can farmers and low class people study their child.
