how long can u keep ur breath under water?

I cannot keep my breath for much time under water. I think i will be able to do it for utmost 30 seconds.

i dont know...i have count the seconds never. i dont think that i could keep it to long becouse i have asm and i smoke to..and i cant hold it to much.

I dont know how to swim so like I can hold my breath under water for like 20 secs
