If the Invaded things are to be returned......?

You all knoe that many Eastern countries have invaded through out the world.. they ruled them for so long years.. And made the countries some what prosperous... But they have taken some of te valuable things from that country.. If I say that, those properties should be returned.. Will you agree.. If not let me know why that should not happen...
