letter of notification of a court hearing for dna testing

I have contested paternity to an illegitamite child which i am paying child support for. I have petioned the court for a hearing and summonsed the mother of the child to court to have the judge order DNA testing. I am doing all the legal stuff myself, no lawyer. I now need a sample letter on how to draw up a letter of notification of a hearing to send to the mother and the court.

why are you paying for the kid and you have doubts? did you miss a court date and they went against you? did you sign the birth certificate? do you ever have visitation? if you have visitation, you can always get a inhome mother dna kit and do the test at home. if the tests are +, u continue paying. if the tests are -, u take the results to court. make sure you get the kind of kit where u can bring it up in court.
