Metaphysical and Spirituality (Not religion)

I think the reason you don't see much on those topics is that many people have problems separeting them from religion. Some religions denounce such practices, while others consider them "part of their religion". So a discussion about anything metaphysical often does spark religious inquiry, for better or worse. I have a lot of interest in the metaphysical, actually. As someone who also has health problems, I've found a lot of merit in self-healing methods, coupled with modern medicine rather than replacing it.
