I was the oldest of 4 children... and i had a brother who lived with my mom. Yeah, we use to fight alot, and yell at eachother all of the time. But we always stuck together when it came down to someone else bothering one of us. We could pick and hit on each other all the time. But we never let anyone else do it. It was me, my two sisters and then my brother (he was the youngest of us all). it got funny at times. my two sisters and i would chase my brother down alot and dress him up like a girl. we'd also fix his hair too. now that we sit back, we still laugh about those days. And us girls think we can still take him...lol

Hi All,
I have three brothers. One of them is one and a half year elder to me and the other two are five and eight years elder respectively. I love them very much. When I was small I used to have sibling rivalries with the yongest of them, who was also in the same class as I was. We used to fight over petty excuses. I would ask for evrything he has and he would need everything I have. Those days were really hillarious.
I think those sibbling rivaliries were healthy. These small rememberances are the glue that bonds us together when we are grown. I wish those days can be reverted to.
Cheers to my bro,
{:-)

I have 4 siblings. A sister who's 4 years older than me, a brother who's 10 years older than me, and two younger brothers ... 7 and 8 years younger than me.
I did fight with my sister, on a level that exceeds ridiculous. However, two girls both in about the same age range ... there was a lot of competition involved. And for us in particular, there was even more so. She lived with our father, I lived with our mother .. so when we were together, it was almost an ongoing competition as to who loved who more.
Thankfully that leveled as we got older. My sister is my best friend.
My older brother and I never fought, but he's also ten years older ... he was already an adult by the time I was old enough to try the sibling rivalry bit. He's always been my protector.
My younger brothers it was the other way around ... I was past the age of bickering and fighting by the time they reached it. I was more a secondary mother to them ... taking care of them, babysitting, feeding, putting them to sleep. We were very close when we were younger, and we have a good relationship now. I consider them about the same way I consider my kids .. incredibly proud of them.

I am six years older than my sister. We fought a lot. But mostly because my parents worked so much that I had to take on the role of babysitting her when I was just 11. I think she resented me as an extra parent figure. We are in our 20's now and get along pretty well for the most part. She still gets frustrating sometimes, but I think that is just part of being siblings.
