I would say, "George W, you duped the whole world. How much tax payers money are you hsoting Osama bin Laden on? Is he still at your ranch?"
As I walk away, I would turn, pat him on the back, and say, "And the world thought you are dumb, GW!"

Shake him by the hand and say 'Hello Mr. President' the same way I would greet any world leader.
