I think you should set up an irc server and send the person the irc network and channel you are on. You can use sysreset at www.sysreset.com in order to create a server that will allow the person to directly access files on your pc that you select and you can create your own private channel in order to make it accessible only to him! The program and irc are easy to figure out so good luck!

u can transfer this by the help of hard disks i.e. attach hard disks and then u can easily transfer data fastly.
this is the fastest way and u can also do this by LAN.

Either have an ethernet card in both pcs. and use a cross over cable to connect them together.
A Simplier *yet slower transfer rate* way, is to buy a USB kit. it plugs into both computers and allows you to transfer the files over.
Both ways work great :)

I myself, whenever I want to transfer data from my computer to other computer or to my laptop, I usually using LAN cables so the data will be transfer faster than using removable storage like USB flash disk or others. It was simple, you just have to connect your PC's with LAN cable using LAN card or ethernet card.

There are many ways which you can transfer data from one PC to another. Patching them up with a network cable, using mobile HDDs or even flashdisks (if th file your transferring is not large), thru the internet by using messengers, or by physicaly detaching the HDD of one and setting it up as slave drive on the other PC. =)
