What do you think about the Missouri Kids Kidnapping,

I was stunned to read about the Two kids who were kidnapped by a local Pizza place manager.
One of the boys was kidnapped since past 4 years. He had the freedom to ride a bike, use interenet and phone, but he never contacted his parents.
What do u feel about it?
