What is a kebab?

kebab usually consist of lamb and beef though particular styles of kebab have chicken or fish

let me explain you in another way....becouse my parents have a fast food and we are making kebab! kebab is a turkysh speciality!! its made by beff,pork,cicken or lamb.the official one is made by lamb. so...we put the meet on a big metal stick.this metal stick has incorporated a litlle cooker.ste stick its all the time rolling,for the meet to get fried. after its gone,we cut easily the meet from that stick.but only a litlle we cut of...exactly for one person!we put it in a sort of pie...its like a pie...and we put in there salad,patatos,mayonese,ketckup...and then...enjoy it! this is the kebab...also named shaorma...

Kebab?!!!... Actually kebab is a beef, mutton or lamb meat cooked with a spices on the coal grill. The meat first been marinated before cooking them. After that it is serve with a bread. It taste nice due to the blend of the spices.

a kabob is usually meat, and or veggies on a skewer cooked on a grrill. It is very good. Especially the greek type which is called a souvalaki. Mm chicken kind is the best.

there are many different kebabs the one which is often referred to as just a kebab is a doner kebab this is pitta bread with very thin slices of lamb salad garlic sauce chili sauce and mayonaise. there is also a kebab on a skewer with vegetables and chunks of meat. whichever one you want they will blow your mind ;)
