Do you believe that Saddam got a fair trial?

Do you think that Saddam Hussein got a fair trial? Or was it all just a charade! is he going to be a martyr now when he's dead? My personal opinion is that it would have been better to lock him up and throw away the key!

I think they should of killed him when they found him in the hole.

Your probably right! but the best thing would have been to send a CIA agent to get rid of him without a war at all! A lot of American an Irawe life's would have been spared that way!

Absolutely not. Saddam's fate was decided even before his trial started. What I really think was a scam was the way he was executed so quickly right before the next trial started. That next trial was going to give him a chance to tell about USA involvement in arming him against Iran in the 80s.
