What do you do with coupons you get but don't use?

If you get the paper on Sunday, there are always lots of coupons on them. Most people don't use nearly all of them. What do you do with the ones you don't use? Do you give them away? Trade them with someone? Sell them on Ebay? or just throw them away?
We usually just leave ours at the commisary, if we don't know anyone that would want them. I would trade coupons with people if I knew of anyone that wanted household stuff and groceries in exchange for baby coupons I guess. I just never have.
I hate throwing away coupons that are worth much money at all. I always think, there could be someone that needs that product and doesn't have much money.

I only cut out the coupons that I think I am going to use. The rest of them that come in the flyers in my Sunday paper I just throw away. And I try to go through my coupons every week or two, because sometimes they expire before I get a chance to use them.

If I don't organize mine I end up having to throw some away sometimes too. My husband sometimes just puts them in my purse and I find them a month or more after they expire. But if I keep them all together I can generally use them all before they expire. Sometimes that includes a huge amount of coupon using on the last day of the month, though. :)

I bring the ones I don't want into work- There are 3 other girls who also clip coupons. Usually by monday there are only a few left. They bring theirs in too so I get doubles on a few of them. I'm like you- I hate to throw them away if someone else could use them. The prices of groceries these days-- I can't beleive that many more people don't use them.

I know what you mean. My husband used to act embarrassed when I used coupons when we first got married. Once he realized how much money we were saving, though, he quickly got over that. We save at least $25 every month with coupons. He now knows that there are certain things that he can only have if we have coupons. LOL

We use the coupons on a regular basis, we save about 10-15 bucks per week, which adds up over the year.

If I have coupons I know I won't use I try to give them to someone I know will use them . If they don't get used up and I don't know anyone who might want them they end up chucked in the garbage later on , once they have expired .

I usually pass the coupons that I cannot use to someone who can. I have friends who use certain brands of items that I do not use and we always swap. I hate throwing coupons away, too. There is only one person in my group of friends with a baby and we give her all of the coupons for formula, diapers and other baby related items. It works out well for us.
