If you're one of those people who constantly promise yourself that you are going to start exercising one day, why not make today that day? And I have a perfect suggestion for your first project.Begin by walking. walking is wonderful exercise and takes no special equipment. You can do it anywhere and it is one of the least costly activities available. All you need are some comfortable clothes and a good pair of walking shoes. Of course, check with your doctor, but i'm confident that almost all of you can partake in this energizing activity. As a general rule, expert suggest a brisk walk of about 30 minutes a day for best result, but any walking is better than none.
Walking is fairly easy on the body as well as its an activity that is relatively injury free. It will allow you, just to name a few advantages, to increase your muscle tone, reduce your stress level, give you more energy, improve your sleep, and help you lose weight to boot!So if you're finally ready to begin giving your body and your spirit a healthy makeover, I suggest you put on those walking shoes and head outside for some fresh air and exercise.

I also believe in walking as an easy to do exercise. I don't walk outside much, but I power walk on a treadmill and hope the benefits are the same.
Sometimes though, the treadmill becomes a place to hang my clothes hehehe..not good!

I used to be guilty of procrastinating when it came to exercise, but I started a walking group among my friends and it makes it more difficult to put it off when they callme on the cell phone wanting to know where I am!

I am very good about promises, especially ones I make to my self.
