the law that says ull have to waitt when ur 18?
i heard it has...
but i dont think soo.. im 15 in a half!! imalmot 16! it better now have passed!! lol

i hear you have to wait until your 18 now. too many young drivers getting hurt, not only by some of their carelessness, but others carelessness on the road as well. it is always better to wait, then you will be more prepared when the time comes. and more understanding of the laws of driving...be patient, your time will come to drive soon....
