How will you know if your suitor really is sincere of you?

There are lots of men that tell the ladies exactly what they want to hear, but are not sincere in what they say. I think when a man's actions match his words, then generally he is true. Words are just words, but when they back up their words and do what they say, or what they have promised, then they are usually acting out of sincerity and not just giving lip service. There are lots of players out there, and it pays to know somebody for quite a while before giving our hearts totally to them. When we don't fall head over heels right off the bat, it lets us keep an eye open objectively to see whether they are deserving of our love or not. Not all men are liars, although I must admit I've met more than a few liars before I met my present partner. There are really good, honest, men out there, and we have to also pay attention to our gut feelings about whether somebody is trustworthy or not. There is no truer phrase than: you have to kiss a lot of toads to get to a prince, lol.
