Is there one food you ate so much of as a child that you no longer eat it?

I don't have a food from childhood, but I do from when I was in the military. That is any sort of food from Burger King because almost all of the Navy bases had a Burger King on it and when you didn't want the food from the ship, that was about your only choice.

Growing up my mom made a lot of hot dogs. I no longer enjoy them at all. Ever had one too many ginger snaps, yeah they were good to, but the over all taste anymore is too much.

I guess my mom made a variety of foods because I can't think of a thing I am completely sick of. My husband gags at the thought of goulash though! He is the youngest of 6 kids and I guess it is easy to make a big pot of that. I did burn myself out on ramen noodles when I first moved out on my own and was too broke to buy anything else.

I remember I ate a candy apple. It made me horrible sick. I haven't been able to touch one since.

I can't say that we did... I know we had spaghetti a lot, but I still love it.
My husband on the other hand, will not eat mac and cheese because when he was in college, they used to cook it all the time because it was so cheap! Now if the girls and I have mac and cheese, we have to fix something else for him...

My mom used to make Hamburger Helper quite a bit when I was a kid! I think it was so convenient for her to make & it didn't take all to long to make when she would get home from work. We ate to much of it though & now when I go to the grocery store I don't end up picking it up anymore..
I know that my other half likes it quite a bit.. So a few months ago we decided to try it again.. And I didn't even eat much of what I had cooked because it didn't taste all to great to me.. I think because of how much I had eaten it when I was a kid that it helped to turn me off from the stuff..
I kind of wish that I hadn't eaten so much of it when I was a kid.. Because sometimes it's one of those meals you wish you had enjoyed because it's so simple to make.. And it as well doesn't take all to long to make.. I know that if I had enjoyed it still I would pick some up so I could make it for supper on days where I am to busy to cook a big meal for me & my other half.
It's funny how the things you ate to much as a kid stay with you as you grow up to be an adult.. I hope that when I have children I will make dishes that aren't all to much of the same.. So that they don't end up going through what I had when it comes to certain foods & not liking them all to much.. Because I ate to much of it as a kid.
I now for some reason love tuna helper though. I know that we usually buy it when we go grocery shopping so that it's something quick that I can fix on a very busy day! I love how creamy tuna helper is.. I know I'd much rather eat tuna helper then pick up a box of hamburger helper!
Thank you for allowing me to share my experience with you. As I know what it's like to be turned off from food that you had eaten to much as a kid! . .

My mom used to constantly give us orange juice. ALL the freakin time! I can barely drink it now! The other thing was cantalopes. If I see another cantalope, I will run screaming! AAAAUGH!

Every friday night was spaghetti night. I still like spaghetti but not mum's way.
4 times a week we ate roast and vegetables. Its been 20 years since I left home and I finally made my first roast late last year, I like mine better.
The other 2 nights would be chops and over cooked vegies consisting of mashed potatoes (mashed with butter and water), peas and beans. I still dont eat chops.
And I still dont eat at mum's unless its her chicken fried rice or bog mixed with spaghetti
