i know it's quite difficult to lose weight if you really are not determined..there are ways for you to do so..like "after six" wherein you dont get to eat anything after six pm. or water therapy wherein you should drink 16-18glasses of water. another thing is to exercise, jog, all those fat burning and sweat causing things. but my main concern as of now is on how can i lose weight by simply taking any pill or such..could you suggest please. thanx!

Ok so where on earth are you wanting to lose the weight? You look fine to me. But I dont think a pill is what you need. You just need a little workout plan and you are good. No weight loss needed on your end. I know this is not what you asked but I just needed to tell you.

Even the most natural-sounding diet pills or weight loss supplements can be useless for weight ... diet pills can be effective - at least in the short term. .

Pills are really not the right way to go, to be honest. Not only are they just bad for you in general, but chances are that once you go off you'll just gain back what you lost or possibly gain double that at an even more increased rate. If you want to lose weight and look good, then exercise and watch what you eat. That's really the best you can do for yourself, even if it's 10-30 minutes a day. Not only will exercising, such as muscle-toning and cardio, help your body to burn fat naturally, but you'll look leaner and more fit than you would with some rushed, unatural diet or pills. Even if you don't lose the weight you want, you will look thinner. Need motivation? We're our own worst critics. One thing that works for me is to take picture of yourself, whether in a bathing suit or underwear, and put it somewhere where you'll see it on a daily basis. Once you have started to lose, take another one or two and compare, and keep it going.
