So, I've been trying to lose weight and the first week went great. The second week I could only think about candy. So, I heard that 3 musketeers bars were one of the better candies for you. I bought a bag of the snack size and ate one. They have been in my kitchen for 3 days now and I haven't eaten another one. Amazing when I had no junk food available, I wanted it. Now that I have it I rarely even think about it.

Wow, I wish that would work for me! I have to admit that I've gained back over five pounds this month because I've been sitting around at home evne more than usual, making it hard for me to resist eating. I'm really getting frustrated at the fact that I can't seem to deny myself anything I see around the house that I know my body can handle, meaning foods that aren't too sugary. I think that it's great that now that you have the candy around, you don't want it! I sure wish that I could get my mind to work that way, lol! It would sure help me out. Hopefully next month when I'm busier I at least won't gain any more. I don't think that I'll be losing much until i get to exercizing more in the summer months.

Funny how that works, huh? I am the same way. And once I start craving something...I HAVE TO HAVE IT. LOL But then once I have a little taste, I don't want it anymore. Good Luck with your diet!
