Am I or am I not the only one?

Despite the knowledge that i am human like everyone else and have ups and downs I cant help but feel alone and ask am I the only one that feels this way. for example if it is a day you are feling happy and on top of things everyone else is having problems and the people you pass will have sour looks on their face,and vice verca you feel sad and everyone looks happy. who else feels like this?
