I am a bit soured on the institution of marriage. I have witnessed too many marriages that have failed (and sometimes more than once), resulting in divorce proceedings. One of my friends is on her 3rd relationship after two failed marriages (and 3 daughters). One of my ex-girlfriends' parents have divorced after 27 years of marriage. I have a friend who is still married, but it does not appear to be a happy one. Besides some of the perks of being married (taxes and ?), I am not sure if there is any great reason to do so. Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn have been together for quite some time and they are not legally married (and being a Hollywood couple, that is even more amazing).
What can I say? I have never been married and am not currently seeing anyone.

I prefer live in, because people/ partners are now thinking practical in getting married (first reason are the expenses that comes w/ it). Better to build a strong foundation until the time comes.
