Mind over heart or the other way around?

personally i would prefer both to be put in moderation or in balance. if you will not make all in balance- hurt, regrets and other emotions would make you suffer.

I would like to answer your question by quoting a text message I received years back that said "When we fall in love, often we follow what our heart says rather than our head. It is not always right but at least it gives us sweet memories that whenever we look back, it puts a smile on our face and makes us say "Sh.t" Nagkamali ako dun" ( I made a mistake" Unfortunately, most people tend to follow the heart and this a well known fact. But after going through some terrible experiences in the past, lessons are learned, people starts to keep the balance between reason and emotions.
