can't change homepage

I am using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (not yet updated) and I can't change my homepage to http://www.google.com.ph. http://www.msn.com is now my homepage which is default. Is my browser hijacked? What program should I use?

It's on the Internet Options part of the settings menu. =) Take note that some spyware changes your default homepage into something else everytime you start/exit IE. If it still continues to change into something else after you change it, download an anti-spyware program and scan your computer. =) I recommend either AdAware or Spybot. =)
