Politics can be found anywhere and can be experience anywhere... How do you handle office politics?
In my case, office politics is everywhere and if you don't have strong disposition, it will be very difficult not to be involved in one. I tried to view things positively and when people ask about my opinion I tired hard to be as objective as possible..... How do you handle office polictics?

I don't handle office politics well at all. Matter of fact, I quit an engineering job at one of the world's largest banks because I couldn't live with all the fake smiles.

yes you are right!!! it is so difficult to work in a place where you don't know whom to turn to...besides we spend a lot of time in the office and its one of our stressors!
