Have you ever tried to quit smoking!

I keep trying but it seems like I'm coming off a drug and start going crazy and I start getting sick!I wish I could quit but it is so hard!

I agree with that. I'm smokers too. And it's difficult to leave this habit. Only god (maybe) could help.

i dont smoke... so i dont know how its like quitting smoking. but i suggest that , however hard it might be just concentrate on quitting it.

I just quit again 3 days ago. I boughty commit off of ebay as soon as I ran out of ciggeretes I stuck one of them in my mouth I have ben using them and chewing alot of gum. I can't say how long it will last but hopefully i will not smoke anymore.
