astral projection or out-of-body experiences

As weird as this sounds, I have been having OOBE or astral projections as some call them, since I was a pre-teen. I still have them occasionally, and I am over forty now. Does anyone else have them, either spontaneously or through practice? Are you willing to share your experiences? Or do you think this is all nonsense? Either way, I would love to hear from you on this topic!!
