Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations

I agree, depression can be very serious if you do not take care about it. Of course there are all kinds of moods people have,; they feel down when they face difficult times like when the child is ill. But being depressed itself if a whole different thing. You feel like there´s no way out, no matter what you do. Sometimes even talking to your friend or closest family members won´t help. I think then it´s time to go out and find some professional help or if offered, well, i was was, take it!

every person depress in his life minimum one time,but when he depress with normal thing then it create problem.It may be dangerous to the person & may harm or create problem for life.It may be create due to busy schedule or more concentration is provide to a given subject for long time .so some precaution must be taken to minimize this disease.Do exercise in regular practice & set the time for rest & other enjoyable moment.Take instruction from doctor to minimize the
disease.

i agree that every people experience this illness but people itself should know how to handle this infirmity because it may also impinge our health and when you can't hold on on this, it might affect your mental thinking or beliefs...thus, when you're about on this stage, just pray and always think that God is always there on your ups and down and don't lose hope and you should add more faith on HIM and be optimistic in facing every challenges that comes in your life :)
