I never likes it. The content of sugar is so much. You could get diebetic with it.

I drink the Healthy Energy drink every day, because I feel the energy within about ten minutes, and it lasts around 6 hours.
It is healthy it has no caffiene like most other drinks.
I buy direct from the factory, who have been making drinks for many large companies for 15 years.
It costs just $1 so cheaper than a lot of others.
Now, many athletes are drinking it, because it maintains their energy for long periods, so instead of feeling drained at the end of a work out, they are happy to do a bit more.
If you want to get a free website & some free samples, here is the link. www.drinkact.com/vitality7
Although, at the moment they only ship to a few countries.
If you need some samples or any information, please send me a message.

I drink a powdered energy drink called Zip Fizz. Zip Fizz is different though. It's loaded with lots of B vitamins, with 0 grams of sugar and 2 carbs. I drink it almost everyday. I think it's not as harmful as some of the ready made drinks. :-)

While I personally enjoy Red Bulls and many other energy drinks, I really don't use them daily. That would be far too much caffinee for myself, however, I do know many people who start off their day by drinking one of those giant cans of Monster. Really the only time I ever drink and energy drink is if I have an event come up where I need to be alert, or will have a lack of sleep for quite some time.

I did take red bull some times but I'm not taking it anymore. It's bad for your health.

You do know they are extremely unhealthy for you. I don't normally drink them at all, but in the summer I drink "monster" or "amp'd"

I've tried Red Bull, Amp'd and Monster, as for the taste Monster has a better taste. It states that when drinking an excessive amount (more than two a day), it's dangerous to your health. Then again .. drinks like pepsi, coke, or any other soft drinks like these are essentially bad for your health. I personally don't make energy drinks a reliance to get that extra boost but, because I'm not a coffee drinker.. I've tried "Monster" to get that boost. If they're completely dangerous for you they wouldn't sell them. If you're thinking of trying them, read the label... understand the dosage. Not all energy drinks are bad for you. Nutriment is a good example of an energy drink, this product has been around for more than 30 years, but if you're lactose intolerant... well it won't help you. I drink "Nutriment" at least every other month to every 3 months.
