Why is it when you tell someone something they feel the need to tell there parents and then there parent runs and tell the whole family it is jerously or what I don't see why someone can's keep a sercert not that is was it is just everything I tell her she tell her parents WHY?

To be honest I'm not sure. Some people feel the need to tell others information about someone. I don't know if it's jealousy or perhaps it's more the need to say "See it isn't just me" type situation. To show that others do things that has caused issues for the person with her/his parents. To show to the parents or family that they aren't the only ones who do things they don't like. I've seen that happen.
