I agree with you on this. It is very important to eat green vegetables. I try to eat a good variety of vegetables and berries of every color every day. This is a much better way of ensuring i get all the vitamins and minerals I need every day than any suplements

I totally agree with you. Green veggies are of great help to keep us healthy. I try to eat as much as of green vegetables. Specially if you can eat it as salad that is the best fro us. I and my hubby just love to eat salad of different vegies.

Vegetable in salad form is much better than to take it with lunch and dinner in fry form.In frying the vegetables, most of the vitamins and proteins of the vegetables got burnt. Best of luck.

So true!!!! Green vegetables are indispensables to an equilibrated nutrition. They form a great source of fibres and of ascorbic acid (the vitamin C) which is the most important anti-oxidant nutrient. I believe every person should have them in their daily diet.
They also can be delicious if well-cooked, and most of them can be eaten fresh.
