I am currently enrolled in College, I am 30 and a mom of 3 small boys 1,5,and 6. I can't decide what to do, nursing or dental hygentist. I am interested in both and both make about the same money. Nursing I would have more days off but long hours, dental hygiene would be shorter hours but at least Mon - Thurs. What should I do?

I think you will enjoy being a nurse more because you won't tire from sitting all the time, also, nursing has so many fields, travel nursing, school, industrial, newborn and infant care, geriatrics, clinic, labor & delivery, medical surgery just to name a few...

Well... I'm a single mom too.. and with being a dental hygentist you can pretty much decide how many hours you want to work and what days... You'd have holidays off to be with your kids.. and the pay is very good. I have a good friend who is a nurse and she can't really pick and choose her hours.. and each week it's different days.. she's lucky to get a weekend a month off.. and she's been in nursing for 5 years.. Good luck with whatever you decide!
