What does it take to be a great Parent?

i think every parent has those same feelings. i know that i'm an okay mom, and my husband always tells me i'm a good mom, but i'm probably far off from being a great mom. every parent wants to make sure they are there for their kids. right now, my kids are really young, so it seems simple. i'm trying to prepare myself to when i have 2 teenage boys in the house. i think my trials start then. if i can handle that, then i think i have the right to call myself a great mom. but i'll leave that desision up to my children when they get older. =)
