I am Catholic, too, and I'm sticking to it. I am not saying that it is the best religion, because I don't think there is one. We all have our own faiths and beliefs and I think it doesn't matter to what religion we belong as long as we do God's will, follow his commandments, be good citizens to our country, be good neighbors and friends to those in need, and refrain from hurting others.

This is probably what other religions also do say..What is the cohesiveness that is making you to stick to catholicism..Is that because you were so by birth??

It is just her conviction. Birth in that particular religion (Catholic) was a divine grace which is not bestowed on everyone. God may love everybody but not necessarily bestow the best divine gift to everybody. You have to strive for it through life. And a Catholic strives through a fight to survive the intolerance and resultant persecution by herectics, infidels and unworthy Christians. If one survives these onslaughts he or she will be chosen to inherit heaven by God the Almighty on the last day viz. the day of Judgement. This is a mystery which only a believer can divine the message passed on by God to His Chosen ones.

You may critisize me for saying this but I refuse to talk religion due to it causing problems. I also refuse to talk politics for the same reason. But I think that every religion is great in its own way.

in my opinion, no religion is better then the other, and no religion is the best. there may be those few religions that aren't that right, but to say that one religion is better then the other is a little wrong. what i DO know and i can talk about is the roman catholic faith is NOT a good religion because of their teachings in general. i've always noticed how politiclly driven the chruch itself is and the fact that they adopt traditions and teachings from other religions and yet say that every other religion (more of the ones they addapted their rules/teachings from) is wrong in their way of belief. as you can see..i do feel strongly against this. i do not denounce the christian faith, but i highly question the teachings the roman catholic chruch does. there are too many questions then there are answeres about them. to me, thats never a good sign.

The best and the very best religion in all the world is the Religion of Love and Forgiveness with Heaven for a prize. Any religion that would come even near to this goal of humanity can be considered for a nearest slot. Any takers ?

If we compare one religion with another religion and find out which is the best, we will end up disappointed. And even if we find one which we believe is good as far as the teachings are concerned, we will end up disappointed too when we look at the way the followers live. So it is more of a matter of personal faith.

Science is the best religion..As mentioned, by Einstein,any religion without science is blind..I believe work is the only religion that might stand the test of time..
