Do you ever get the feeling that there never seems to be enough time for anything? i know that the secret to good time management is to prioritize, prioritize, prioritize. i try to do that, and still, i seem to run short of time to do all the things i want to do. Plus, there are people who seem to be able to do a gazillion things at one time, and who are able to accomplish so many things with the same amount of time that i have. am i just slow?!? hehe... oh well, back to work...

I am a stay at home housewife and there isn't even enough time in my day. It might help of course if I didn't spend so much time on the computer. I used to be so organised until I got my computer, now I begrudge getting up to make my husband's dinner, and I have to keep checking to make sure he has a clean shirt for morning. I think I will have to start a timetable and stick to it, but I will do that some time in the future - not to-day. He, he.

I know exactly how you feel. Plus, by the time I finish my work for the day, my online work, I often feel like I don't _feel_ like doing anything else. So it's hard for me to get other things done that have been needing to get finished for a long time now, lol. It just seems like every day it takes me forever to get to the point where I can totally relax. And then I can't motivate myself to do anything else that feels even remotely like 'work', most of the time.

ASk me, I never have time for anything. May be bad at management. I have tons of things to do. I hve to study my course of engineering(software), post discussions here, take care of my both kids , one seven year and other seven month old and then cook, cleana nd dust my house too. God I wish I had four or sicx arms or at least could split myself in to several persons and do everything. My day goes off so quickly that even I don't realise where did all the time went.

lol... wouldn't want to be in your place... it's amazing though the amount of things you have to do, although you might not realize it, i bet you're one of those special people who can do a ton of things at one time... anyway, from what you've posted, you're amazing, good luck to all of us :-)

There are never enough hours in the day. And, its true..the older you get the faster time goes by. You keep saying, I'll do that later, and suddenly later becomes a year or two and you are sitting there thinking...what the hell happend? Did I go through a time warp or something? We just have to do what we can and be happy with what we've got.

I find it hard to prioritize. Often, priorities are swayed by what you feel you WANT to do, and talk yourself out of doing the other things. I treat myself like a child; when I have something to do, say a paper to write, but I find myself lolly-gagging around myLot and whatnot, I frown to myself and say "OK, you can have more myLot time after you write a paragraph." I write the paragraph, go back on myLot while I eat a snack, and then when I'm done eating or drinking I say "OK, more myLot time after you write 2 more paragraphs." And I just gradually get up to a page, or get on a roll with the paper and THAT becomes my priority because I realize I can actually get it done without it being such a big deal. Start out slow, work your way into something, and you'll find you don't miss the things you left behind because what needed to get done got done and that's all that matters!

I always find that I never have enough time to do all the things I want to do throughout the day. There needs to be more hours in the day.
