Meeting friends in the net, good or bad?

I have lots of great friends who I treasure that I just met in net both girls and boys, we developed some kind of bonding, yet there are some point in my life I want to forget, just one person who gives me pain, and hurt me a lot who I've met in net but eventually we've been together. So do you think its good to make friends or not?

It really depends on how close u want to get to them cos just friendship is not going to hurt if it is over the net or in person but anything more i would rather meet the person in person and then think about it!

Yes, I met hi tru net then we had a chance to be together and even met his parents and sisters yet after that I discover he has a family and that makes me feel bad because I felt that I'm betray not but him but his family also.

It's nie that I met also good friends here tru net that i treasure them till now. its sad that some people are bad and they using net. right?

for me meeting new friends online is a good thing...there so much to learn from other poeple...i think we should know our boundaries and no high expectations...

I know my boundaries yet sometimes we just realize that we hook by the person with out our control. Its sad that but I learn a lot. thanks!

I've had good and bad experiences with meeting people online, just like I have with meeting people in real life. The people online are still people. They still exist off of their computer and away from the internet. And people in real life can still lie about who they are. I don't see that much difference between the two, really. Not when it comes to making serious connections.

it is good to meet friends on the net. that is why you are here for. but then you have to remember that there are limitations in meeting friends. you need to be careful in meeting and get intimate with friends on the net.
