I am schedule to give a speech infront of my office mate. There are about 100 of them. I have never been on the stage before and I feel nervous about it. I need some advice and tips on how to overcome this situation. Help me please.

is it?so I have to pretend like i really interested in what are you talking...what ever... my point to you is...just stay FOCUS...and dont forget to brighten up the audience with your APPRECIATION to them...make them happy for your appearance(looking stylish a bit bro...) ...and you'll be happy with them also...and if you dont feel good just look at the people who you like to see in the crowd...
