have you ever seen a ufo?

i never have but i heard some stories in puerto rico ,they said that there is a place where they are seen a lot and this place is guarded by armed military personel.

I have seen some strange lights in the sky. Things that were obviously not suppost to be there. What they were, I have no clue. So, I supose they could have been ufo's. I mean, how can we be alone out there? Just seems like an awful waste of space, doesn't it?
