Well this is just my first time to join mylot, and it's my only first time to join a discussion. So far, I get to know more people and made new friends here. For me, I treat my friends here by the way they treat me. It doesn't matter to me if we don't have the same views, if we don't agree on certain things and appreciate their views. The most important thing in friendship is that we learn from their reactions, and them to ours.

I have met some really awesome people that i have been in contact with for years now. :) In fact, the fellow i'm with now for a year found me on Myspace. XP He moved 1400 miles to live here with me.

I'm not really the outgoing type but I do believe you can meet new real friends via the cyberspace. In fact, I had an online relationship before. She was a Belgian hottie. ^_^. We had the relationship going for a year or so then we eventually broke up for various reasons (distance being the major factor).
You can attend EBs (eyeballs) to meet these people in real life and possible hang-out.
So yes, I do believe in friendship in cyberspace.

well if perhaps, you reveal yourself with each other, exchanges points of views, and sincerely send out messages, then perhaps that is a start of a good friendship. SOme people are not just log in to have some fun, so who knows, you might find one that is sincere and true.
