Who should do the first move??

I was just thinking if girls would be the one to say their feelings first would it be to awkward?? Or we should stick to the old books, guys should initiate the first move always?? In our country, guys usually takes the first move. It's rarely an account to know girls who daringly did it first. So who do you think should do the first move??

In tradition, Guys usually are the most upfront when they like someone. Its the way we where used to do. But it would be fair if both parties would be honest with their feelings. All I'm saying is girls should also try to make an effort to show what they feel. But others have the wrong perception when girls try to court the guys. They think that these type of girls are too aggressive. No, besides there's nothing wrong for being honest.
