Really its hard to know nowadays if the girl is still virgin..Its alot easier to say if she is not virgin anymore unless she is still young but if she's in 20's, nowadays its hard to find a virgin in this liberated world. You are able to know it if you ask her directly, no other to know it unless you prove it urself, that is if you are permitted...
