how hard is it being a single mom?

It is really hard.I am divorced and disabled.I cannot work so my income is pathetic.I was divorced when my son was 4 and at that time I only had child support to live on,less than $400 a month, for 3 yrs..(took me 6 yrs. to win my disability claim) Even when I was married I took care of everything anyway.And being alone(without a man) was not that big of a deal.One thing,there is less stress without a man in my life.I am not saying my life is not filled with stress though,I have an 11 yr. old that acts like a teen.
