Do you prefer speaking with people using the computer?

I find it easier also . I think it is because on the computer no one knows who you are and you don't know who they are so you can truely be yourself without any fears of someone coming back on you about something . It is one of the things that is so good about this site . You can get answers to questions you might really want the answer to or it could be up there just to get responses , no one really knows why you put a specific discussion up .

exactly not the slang language is much in use this days and i too prefer that don't like sticking to the bookish language have my own ways of responding to a discussion here as well don't go about beating round the bush its straight to the point hope you find what i am saying in this response too

yes.. i too prefer chatting on messengers,orkut etc.. i find it much easier n simpler too..

It really depends on who I'm talking to and what we are talking about. I talk to far more people online than in person though, and that itself is kinda sad. I really need to get out more. lol The best part about talking online is, as you said, a chance to think everything through before you reply.

I think talking using computer is better than chatting because you can communicate better using your voice rather than words.

I find it easier. AND cheaper. =) The VOIP technology really is a blessing. We can get to talk to people overseas without the fear of bills that seemed like blown into monetary orbit. =) The voice quality is great too. As for chatting, it's also good. I chat most of the time. =)

I Prefer using chats,MSN messenger,QQ(china).It is very convenience.
