The sun was once used as a general tonic to heal almost everything and man has run nacked on this planet under the sun for centuries. The sun provides the basis for all life on earth. The sun is the source of energy for all plants, and indirectly, for all animals. If the sun causes cancer, man wouldn't be here today. Contrary to popular belief, sunbathing actually helps heal cancer of the skin

It is a good tonic for health. It enables to eradicate cancer.Body gets a lot of energy from the sun. You might be observed that many of plants not getting sunrays got pale and with the passage of time it growth is stopped naturally.

i love staying warm in the sun during the safe hours, which is before 9am in a regular sunny day. i don't indulge in sunbathing the way most do to get tanned, not only coz my skin got enough tan :) but i believe that excessive exposure would be harmful, like anything else taken in excess. i just love the early morning sun, it provides the natural skin glow and the warmth i need.

While exposure to sunlight is healthy, it should also be done in moderation. Exposure to too much sun has been proven to be unhealthy in the long run. UV radiation can harm skin over time, causing it to age prematurely, becoming leathery and wrinkly before it's time.
Tans look terrific. We're all aware of this. So if you still feel the need to tan, it's advised to use plenty of protection. Use sun screen and use it often. If swimming, reapply after you take a dip. Sun screen's effectiveness can be diminished after a swim.
Remember. A little prevention now can save you A LOT in health benefits for the future.
Two skin types out of every six are very easy to burn and have higher chances of skin cancer.
Unfortunately, many of us do not adequately protect our skin, and although sun protection is important for everyone, it is especially critical for children and young adults. Research has shown a link between blistering sunburns in children and an increased risk of melanoma (the deadliest form of skin cancer) and other skin cancers.

I must say I love sunshine and being in the sun. Actually I tend to have some problems during the winter when there isn't much sun out each day. I think a lot of people are scared about the reports linking sun exposure and cancer. In my opinion sunbathing in moderation is not as dangerous as all that. But people that burn easily should certainly be careful.

Hi there BRIJENDRA! Thank you very much for sharing that information. We usually bring out newborn babies out to catch the sunlight every morning. So I think it's applicable to adults to?
