The answer is totally YES.Today I have read an article about pet can improving our health,Scientist claim that owning a dog can lead to better psychological human health.Dog owners will have lower cholesterol and blood pressure, fewer minor physical ailments anf less likely to develop serious medical problems.I'm shock with this.My pet can save my life?Thanks for my dogs.You all also need to feel grateful to your pet.

now that you mentioned it, i want to have as many dogs as i can. but i think it's true, when i first saw my dog, i felt lighter and more at ease, not like before that, when i was usually depressed.

I read the same article you did, a month or so ago?
I had read many stories before that too saying how much just petting an animal lowers your stress level. I think its very true findings, something I think most people realized way before the actual findings on it.

really great to hear the scientific finding but i myself personally feel that they are a great pasttime especially when no one is around.they need some love and affection in return they wag their tail and jump on you whenever you are in gloom.

i do have an aquarium. i design it my own and taking care of small fishes. Every time i got home i tend to look at may aquarium and all the stress i have will be all gone. Every time i got depress i go and watch my aquarium and my depression is gone

I agree because when you with them you do a lot of exercise and they can bring a lot of fun to your live, so I can agree totally.
