Do you help people who have been through a crisis? (Natural Disasters)

Well as you can see and hear through the different medias available to us, many people are in need of support because of the natural disasters that's been occurring lately. You see people with their houses washed out by land slides or winter storms or super typhoons. Do you feel the need to help them when you see that on TV?
